Metrics

  • Our success is measured by our ability to identify qualified candidates that meet or exceed your requirements within 30 days.
  • We typically present three to five qualified candidates within 30 days.
  • Although the selection process is dependent upon the employers’ timetables, Cristobal allows a timeframe of 30 days to complete search assignments.

Meet Joe Chris Ramirez

Joe Chris Ramirez is the President and Founder of Cristobal Real Estate Advisors, an executive search firm dedicated exclusively to the residential and commercial real estate industry. Headquartered in Houston, Cristobal serves a distinguished portfolio of leading corporate clients nationwide and abroad.

 

In 1977, Joe Ramirez founded Joseph Chris Partners, a highly successful executive recruiting firm which has since become JCP Executive Search International, focusing on construction and restoration, finance/investment, and transit, transportation and civil infrastructure, in addition to all levels of positions in the real estate industry. The firm recently added JCCS, a project management company dedicated to the construction sector. In 2011 Mr. Ramirez founded Joseph Chris Partners to focus exclusively on top-tier residential and commercial clients in the real estate industry.

 

During his career, Mr. Ramirez has been commissioned to handle the highest levels of fully retained corporate-level search assignments with private and public firms, domestically and internationally. He has distinguished himself with articles in top industry publications and speaking engagements with major colleges and universities. During this 33 year period a total of 5,000 (direct hire) permanent professional and executive placements were completed for clients in almost every state in the USA and 13 countries.

 

Prior to establishing Joseph Chris Partners and Cristobal Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Ramirez managed the professional/executive division at M. David Lowe Personnel Services, where he became the firm’s top producer. Prior to that experience he served as personnel director for SCI Electronics Houston Research and Spacecraft Inc., where he managed all human resource functions.

 

Mr. Ramirez’s early experience was as a professional and technical recruiter for the Boeing Company, where he worked in an international program involving the recruitment of more than 25,000 engineering, technical and executive management employees.

Mr. Ramirez is an avid volunteer and community leader, and founded Hispanic Heritage Society International, a non-profit organization that helps Hispanic students achieve and value education and develop their personal leadership abilities.
